Sexy Leg Workout

Been real busy lately cuz I’m trying to be more healthy and have sexy legs of course as stated in the title.. lol.. Who doesn’t right?

Anyway, I got the below workout diagram from one of my fav bloggers, Karen Kho---she has a total hot body !! She’s my inspiration to getting a fitter body and greater health Smile 

Leg workout

It doesn’t look as hard but believe me, you will almost keel over from the exhaustion and sore limbs after finishing this workout.. The hardest step is the second wall squat >< for me lah..

Anyway, I do cheat sometimes.. I substitute the wall squat with 45 degrees squat.. Hahaha xD I know.. Very cowardly hor but don’t criticize me lah, I trying liao..

Ok.. Time for workout again now.. Bye bye~~~
