Detox =D
I have some difficulties going to de loo T_T I know dis is quite embarrassing.. but I’m sure many people out there face dis problem.. So, why not blog about it since I can talk about detox right ?? Haha xD
Detox, short for detoxification is a process to get rid of toxins in our body.. Dis process can be carry out by changing our eating habits to a more healthy lifestyle.. But, don’t worry, this process don’t usually last long.. Detox can be done by anyone and anywhere actually, it’s quite easy as long as u stick to the healthy food intake chart..
Ps: Detox can help constipation problems >~<
Some people detox for 3 days, some for a week.. De most basic one for beginners or to those who love food too much (like me =P) can try de 1-day detox ^~^
Basically, most people only consume fruits and plain water or some kind of energy tea when detoxing.. Some may think it bland cuz we can’t take any delicious food.. Hence, I came up with an idea for detoxing but with healthy lip-smacking food of choice-----fruit yogurt !! I’m sure I’m not de 1st who thought about dis, but I just wanna share =D
First, you just need to prepare fruits of your choice.. not more than 3 types of fruits so it won’t taste too complicated.. I chose a crystal pear, a kiwi and an orange.. all my fav fruits ^~^ and a natural flavored yogurt so it won’t taste too complicated..
Just peel off skin and cut into bit sizes.. put into freezer for 10mins to cool em.. like below..
Then, just pour your yogurt of choice on top off your bowl of bit-sizes fruits ^~^
Voila, ready to be eaten !! A bowl of pure goodness ♥
Ps: This is my lunch and I’m having it now while blogging about it~~~taste like heaven ♥ yummeh !!
For breakfast, I had a banana and a bottle of Lennox firm up collagen drink.. After all, I’m reaching 23 (3 more weeks >_<) and it’s time for anti-aging stuff like dis.. so sad..
Hmm.. what shall I have for dinner today ??
Yippee~~~I am detoxing today ♥ feel so healthy already blogging about dis =P
