Boracay Vacay~~~Sunshine, Sand & Sea (Part 1)

Still thinking we should have stayed 2 more nights in Boracay while I was working this post.. It was the best beach vacay I’ve had so far~~~partly due to the awesome service by the staff in The District Boracay where we were treated like some royalty for our 3 nights’ stay..

Started our journey from Premiere Hotel by taking the 6.30am Aerobus which sent us straight to KLIA2.. For those of you who doesn’t know yet, Aerobus is a daily bus transit line that provides transportation from KLIA2 to KL Central, Paradigm Mall, Genting Highlands, PJ & Premiere Hotel and vice versa.. Best news, they only charge RM10 per way to deliver you to KLIA2 from Premiere Hotel within 45 mins.. Not sure on the other destination charges though.. Anyway, you don’t need to waste money on taxi rides that takes more or less the same duration delivering you but charges at least RM50 per trip..

Reached KLIA2 by 7.15am sharp, checked in our luggage for the 10.40am flight and went in search for breakfast which turned out to be at The Loaf..

Had Square Egg on Toast with a cup of tea (RM13) - Let’s just say it’s adequate to fill the hungry tummy..

Not much time to dawdle around cuz KLIA2 is just too big with lots of shopping to be done and it is just a tad difficult to find your bearings here.. So, make sure you take note of the time and where you are supposed to board your flight lest you got lost..

PS: I suggest providing skateboards for the crew/flight passengers to move around lolol..

On board and away to Boracay, Philippines ^~^  Landed safely at Kalibo Airport though there was some minor turbulence for a while during the 3 hours and 55 mins flight..

Airport transfer was already pre-arranged with The District where we need to take a 1 hour and 30mins van ride to Caticlan Jetty, a 10mins Bangka pump boat ride to Boracay Jetty, and a 15mins van ride to Station 2 where our hotel is located.. All inclusive we pay PHP2500 for the 4 of us including environmental fee and terminal fee…

the driver greeted us with an air-conditioned 6-seater van.. The airport transfer took a total of 1 hour and 30 mins to reach jetty from Kalibo Airport.. Caticlan Airport

Btw, you will need to know that the exchange rate during our trip (mid Sept 2014) is RM75 = PHP1000..

Fairly good view from the balcony of our hotel room ^~^

Out to hunt for dinner after sundown which is fairly early---sun sets at 5.30pm here.. It’ll be like 8pm Malaysia sky when it is only 6.15pm in Boracay.. Gotta take notice of this if you’re going for water sports ya Smile
