Sauteed potatoes ♥

Aloha! Today's post will be on my 1st attempt at cooking sauteed potatoes.. I followed a recipe but tweaked it a lil to my liking.. hehe..

Ingredients needed would be potatoes, margarine/butter, salt and pepper, and freshly chopped parsley leaves, finely grated parmesan cheese..

First, peel off potato skin and cut into bite sizes.. Boil the cut potatoes in a pot for 10 minutes with a pinch of salt over medium fire..

Melt some margarine/butter (my choice is margarine cuz it's a tad healthier) over a frying pan.. You just need 3mm of the margarine in the pan, drain away excess if any..

Put in potatoes and let them sizzle.. lol.. Turn over potatoes once in  while so the margarine can coat the potatoes completely.. Once the potatoes turn a golden brown color, you can dish them up into a plate..

Add a touch of salt and pepper for taste.. Lastly, add finely chopped fresh parsley leaves and sprinkle some finely grated parmesan cheese for garnishing..
