Zi Mui Trip – Day 1 ♥
Holla! So, I went to Singapore with Huanie 2 months back to visit another of our bestie, YenYen ♥ It was a very random trip which started from wishful thinking on my part haha.. The conversation goes:
Huanie: Can’t believe we’ve known each other for 5 years, each gone our separate ways, you work and I study but still we see each other always..
Me: Yea, miss those crazy times we were in uni together..
Huanie: How good if YenYen is also in Malaysia with us and not so far apart..
Me: Why don’t we go find her in SG??
..and this is how the fun-filled trip happened~~~
Took the plane and landed in JB cuz we stopped by Huanie’s house.. Dropped of some extra stuff and on we went to catch the Causeway Link bus into SG.. An obligatory selfie in the bus yo =)
Got off at some station that I cant recall the name haha.. YenYen was already waiting for us there so gamdong~~~Went to her place and unloaded our luggage..
And ta-daa!! She got us these yummilicious-looking local delicacies from the Japan trip she went not long ago ^~^ xie xie ni oh ♥
Refreshed ourselves and I changed into something light cuz it’s so hot over there~~~~ok lah, I know there is no difference of temperature and weather in Malaysia and SG but just let me use it as an excuse ok~~~hahaha xD
Pic taken by Huanie while YenYen figured out how we get to Creamier, a quaint little café which is popular for their specially handcrafted ice cream..
Was so packed we had to queue 10mins for a table, and that’s because we got lucky that the person leaving was sitting next to where we were standing..
Simple & nice interior..
We ordered 2 scoops of ice cream on waffles.. I think the flavor was Earl Grey Lavender & Rum and Raisin.. It was a very good combination..
The soft and fluffy waffles mixed with smoothly textured ice cream was so good that you wouldn’t mind queuing for 30minutes just to eat it.. Will definitely go back for this!!
Huanie & I
Yours truly & YenYen (pls ignore my messy hair haha)
Whilst waiting for our order~~~what more have we to do haha?
If you are going to SG, you should really check out Creamier! I’m sure you will not regret it

Next stop was the ever-beautiful Clark Quay at night when all the lights are on of course
Walked around and went into Café Iguana for light dinner (cuz we had ice cream again along the way and it was very filling), a total random choice that did not disappoint us..
Ambience of the café is just nice for couples, group of friends or even families with a waterfront view and cool night breeze..
This café serves authentic Mexican cuisine which is really fingers-licking-good
Our super-light dinner for 3 = Iguana Lager + Chips + Nachos (tortilla chips topped with black beans, lettuce, rice, jalapeno chiles and melted cheese with guacamole and sour cream on the side), taste like awesome!!
